Plastic pieces came loose and fell out, and my dog swallowed them within an hour of opening the package. We had to rush to the emergency vet to have him vomited to get the plastic out. I contacted PetMate about this obvious design problem and they responded by just adding a warning label instead of fixing it. That's completely unacceptable. The fact that they continue selling something they know harms pets is disgusting. Please don't buy this product and spread the word about how careless this company is.
This company refuses to take any responsibility. I ordered three large cat litter pans and when they arrived, the box was already open, two were missing, and the one inside was smashed. PetMate wouldn't own up to it and just kept telling me to contact Amazon. My order history proves Amazon sends refund issues back to the manufacturer, which I showed them with documentation. Instead of actually helping, they just sent me a canned rejection response they probably use for everyone. Really disappointed and won't be coming back. I definitely won't be telling anyone else to shop here either.

I placed an order on a Thursday and immediately emailed because the site showed zero shipping but then charged me for it. I included screenshots proving what happened and asked for either a refund or to cancel. Three days went by and FedEx notified me it was already shipped, meaning nobody read my message. I called to speak with someone and got connected to a representative who was incredibly disrespectful. She kept cutting me off mid-sentence and wouldn't stop talking over me. Made my blood pressure spike, honestly. She claimed she couldn't do anything and transferred me to her manager's voicemail, which was useless since he was out. This whole experience was awful and their customer service is among the worst I've encountered. I'm done with this company and will post negative reviews everywhere I can.
Fantastic experience with this website. The interface is simple to navigate and I'm a big fan of their MuttNation products. They do a great job confirming orders right away and getting stuff shipped without delays. Really trustworthy overall. Hopefully they'll add to their catalog and stock more options down the road.
