After reaching out repeatedly about my order I'm convinced I got ripped off. Facebook should be ashamed for letting this company called Philosophy advertise there to customers. At least it wasn't a ton of money, so that's something. I went ahead and ordered the same thing through another retailer instead and my mom will get her flowers this week. She's eighty three.

Philosophy has never been a vegan brand, but they had this one scent I absolutely adored and they stopped making it. Everything they put out now feels cheap. The fragrance just isn't strong enough anymore. Their prices are way too high for what you get, and I think when they started adding a bunch more scents and moved away from their original lineup the quality really went downhill.

Wrote another honest review about philosophy that disappeared for no clear reason, and there wasn't anything mean in it just facts. Starting to question whether I should even trust this website either. Philosophy is at it again. Tried for three days to purchase products that were on sale. Called the company seven different times and they acted annoyed like I was bothering them, provided zero assistance, and just pointed fingers at everything else. Even after calling three separate times they refused to honor the deal that was advertised, saying their hands were tied. That's not true. I managed people before, so I know they could've either made a call or contacted upper management and helped me out. But they didn't. Got treated poorly yet again. I'm so frustrated. Every time I deal with this website something goes wrong and their reps always blame someone else and won't actually look into problems. No effort to find answers. Nothing offered to fix it either. They just don't care.

Thought I was getting a solid product until I learned they test on animals. It's definitely not cruelty free. Anyone who cares about animals shouldn't use their stuff.

Been ordering from this company for about half a year, but the constant delays finally made me quit. On my most recent purchase, I never got two of the items I paid for, and they haven't given me my money back. That's it for me with this place. I'm going to tell everyone I know to stay away from them. Better get that refund processed in the next couple days or I'm taking this further. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about ordering here. The actual products are fine, but how they run their business is pretty shady if you ask me. Plus their pricing is way too high. Eighty bucks for a small 4 ounce cream jar? No way.
