Without asking me first, this company tacked an extra item onto my subscription and billed my card for it. I even had two active subscriptions running at the same time, and they pulled this same move on both of them, so clearly it wasn't just a one-time mistake. I've looked through their site and their policies, and there's nothing that warns customers this could happen. It's a pretty sketchy way to run a business.
