When I reached out to let them know what happened, they didn't hesitate to send a replacement completely free of charge. I was honestly shocked but thrilled with how they handled everything since it went way beyond what I'd normally expect. Fingers crossed the new one gets here soon because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift! The person receiving those new PitViper shades is going to be absolutely thrilled. PitViper, you guys are incredible.
