After multiple holds, I learned that nothing in the paper catalog is actually customizable and only online products have that option. The person on the phone was helpful enough, but I'm not buying from a company that misleads shoppers in their promotional materials.
Made a purchase and they charged my card for the full amount even though one item sold out. I didn't find out until a representative phoned me several days after ordering. I decided to overlook it, but when my order arrived, I discovered one of the two Husky dog statues I purchased as a matching set was missing. Called customer service and learned they charged me for both statues while one sits on backorder until early next year. The website showed both in stock at time of purchase. In my view, this is deliberate because they don't notify customers about backorder status upfront, so customers keep their orders instead of finding availability elsewhere. They're promising to refund one statue but it could take up to five days. Since then, the matching statues have sold out or been backordered at other retailers. Honesty about stock status at the time of ordering is something they need to work on.
I made an order and they charged my entire credit card even though a sleigh item sold out and wasn't included. Didn't realize it was gone until a rep called me days later. I was willing to move past that. But when the package got here, one of the two Husky statues I bought as a pair was missing. Called them up and found out they charged me for both statues even though one wouldn't ship until early next year. The website said both were in stock when I ordered. Seems intentional to me that they don't tell customers something is backordered so the sale goes through at their site instead of customers going somewhere else with availability. They claim they'll refund the statue amount but it takes three to five days. By then the statues were sold out or backordered everywhere else. They should be upfront about what's actually in stock when customers place orders.
Worst online shopping experience I've had. I cancelled my order because their estimated shipping date was ridiculously far out. Two months later the cancelled order shows up at my door with zero explanation. When I asked about it, they told me to drop it off at a carrier location and once they receive it back, then I'll get my refund. This is absolutely the worst service from any online retailer I've ever used. They expect customers to solve their problems while they hold onto the money.
