Would give zero stars if I could. Honestly a total rip off for what you're paying. Spent a fortune on this and it straight up doesn't work. There's barely any suction, the grip is awkward, and the whole thing belongs in the trash. Save your money and buy something else instead.

I'm really disappointed with how this company handled my situation. Before I purchased, I wish I'd known how frustrating the replacement process would be because I definitely would've gone with someone else instead. Their pricing is way too high for what you get, and asking for personal household income information when you're just trying to get customer details is completely inappropriate. The return process is a headache too since you have to pay for tracked shipping yourself before they'll send a replacement. This became a nightmare when I bought one as a gift for someone who couldn't handle the return logistics themselves. I regret not choosing another brand from the start. There are plenty of competitors out there who are way better.
