Sorted by: Most recentHad a really bad experience with this company. They messed up and sent my order to the wrong address, and when I reached out to fix it, they basically ignored me. I tried contacting them through email and phone multiple times with no real response. Instead of owning up to their mistake and working with me to solve it, they left me no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. Yeah, mistakes happen in any business, but blowing off a customer and refusing to help fix the problem is not okay. I definitely can't recommend ordering here.
We've been ordering from Priester's every Christmas for more than a decade without any problems until this year. Back in mid-November, we placed our usual order and received two order confirmation numbers, with a promised ship date of mid-December. When that date came and went with no delivery, we called customer service and learned they had no record of our orders at all. We reordered right away and were assured it would ship a few days later. Still nothing arrived, and when we called back on the 18th to check on things, we got some pretty questionable explanations. First they claimed UPS hadn't picked up packages in three days, then they backtracked and said that wasn't true but shipping would definitely go out that same day. These are Christmas gifts we're talking about, and the communication just kept falling apart. At this point they're telling us delivery will happen by the 22nd, but honestly, how could they possibly know that when the packages haven't even shipped yet? All I wanted was straightforward answers so I could figure out a backup plan, but the phone reps just kept giving us different stories. We've always loved Priester's and their products, but I need to speak up about how our longtime loyalty was let down by unreliable customer service this year.
