What Shoppers Say About primallifeorganics.com
Primal Life Organics receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 15 reviews averaging 1.7 out of 5. The most consistent complaints center on poor customer service, misleading product information, and order fulfillment problems. Customers report unresolved issues with incomplete shipments, missing items, tamper-evident seal concerns, and significantly delayed delivery (particularly to the UK). Several reviewers express frustration with the company's lack of transparency regarding product testing and safety, as well as confusing or problematic checkout practices. A small minority of shoppers (13 percent) rate the company favorably, citing product quality, though this positive feedback is vastly outweighed by dissatisfaction.
Additional concerns raised include deceptive product descriptions (such as plastic toothbrushes marketed as bamboo), unresponsive management when quality or safety issues are reported, misleading promotional offers and shipping charges, and generic automated customer service responses that fail to resolve problems. The pattern of complaints suggests systemic issues with order accuracy, international logistics partnerships, and customer care responsiveness rather than isolated incidents.

Sorted by: Most recentI wanted to leave feedback because honestly, the customer service here really impressed me. Most reviews don't mention this, but I found their team to be genuinely helpful and quick to respond. When I had an issue with my brush heads not staying attached properly, I sent them a photo of my brush base. Without any hassle, they shipped me replacement heads that worked with my existing base. They even explained what might have gone wrong with the original ones.
Got overcharged and they won't give me a full refund. This company was really solid when it started as a small operation run by a nurse. Now that a corporation bought it, everything has gone downhill. Their customer service has become awful and rude. Make sure you check your charges carefully because they will overcharge you, and if you ask for your money back they won't even refund the full amount. Skip this place and find other natural and organic brands to support. Jamie works in their customer service department and is honestly the worst part of this company. She acts like she doesn't care about keeping customers and doesn't seem bothered at all about losing business. Look at how many one star reviews they've got. I've been buying from them since the very beginning, so I know how bad things have gotten. Trust me when I say there are way better all natural organic companies out there to shop from.
There are much better options out there than this company. I spent a lot of money on one of their toothbrushes thinking I'd be supporting a quality brand, but it stopped functioning after 6 months. They were nice enough to send me a replacement, so I thought maybe it was just a bad unit. Unfortunately, the second one also quit working after 7 months, and I used it exactly as instructed with no misuse. When I asked them to replace it, they said their policy wouldn't allow a replacement since over a year had passed since my original purchase. I tried emailing multiple people and asked for management, but nobody would help me out. I basically threw away a fortune on a product that doesn't last. It's a scam company selling subpar products while using wellness marketing to fool people. Don't fall for it. I also spoke with someone named Jamie who claimed to be the customer service lead, and she acted like she couldn't care less that I was upset. Seriously disappointed in how they handled everything.
I had been dealing with painful gums for years and couldn't enjoy sweet foods like dried fruit, and anything too cold or hot would hurt. It was really stressful being only 48 and worried about my dental future. Before that I'd been using whitening strips with peroxide, and looking back, that probably made things worse. Regular dentists had no solutions except suggesting sensitive toothpaste, which helped a tiny bit but chewing on my left side was still painful. I saw their tooth whitening system advertised on social media and was actually more interested in the gum healing benefits. I was skeptical but willing to try something natural if the ingredients checked out. It's been a year and a half now and my symptoms are completely gone. My teeth also stay white as a bonus. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough and have now bought their whole product line for my family members too. So grateful to this company.
