This has been a nightmare from start to finish. Waited two weeks for my supplements to arrive and customs rejected the shipment. Now a month later they're saying it still hasn't shown up. I'm contacting my credit card company to get my money back because dealing with them is impossible.

Their website is broken. I tried placing an order about eight different times and nothing went through. So I bought the same items somewhere else. Then I got an email saying the order actually processed. I reached out asking them to cancel it and explained the whole situation. Next thing I know there's a shipping label created. Called them back and said cancel this, don't ship it. They told me too bad, I'd have to deal with returns instead. That's not my problem. Our delivery people just leave everything on the main street where the mailboxes are, and I'm definitely not camping out there waiting to refuse the package. They acted like this was somehow my fault and my responsibility to fix. The fact that their site didn't work is on them, not me. Plus I need to call my credit card company because I'm worried they charged me eight times. So much for being professional.

Don't buy their products, they're not real. I purchased lithium orotate and took 240mg every day for two months. When I got blood work done, the results showed zero lithium in my system, well below what should be there. These items are completely fake and this company is selling worthless supplements.

Stay away from this outfit. Total scammers. Picked up my package and had to pay shipping charges all over again at the post office. They don't require a complete address with apartment numbers when you order, which makes it super easy for packages to go missing. They're not straightforward with customers. I only bought vitamin C to test the waters before spending more money. That's the last time I'm dealing with them. They're fraudsters and dishonest.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Once your order shows up, they hit you with surprise fees in a follow-up email. You have zero say in what these charges are, so they basically charge whatever they feel like. I got slapped with an $80.33 fee on a $280 order. And good luck trying to send something back because they'll tack on a 20% restocking fee plus you pay for return shipping too. The whole operation feels shady and dishonest, like they're running some kind of scam.
