I've purchased from them twice and gotten the wrong item both times. After the first mistake, they wouldn't even reply to anything I sent. The second time around they offered ten bucks back on a bottle that cost seventy-five dollars and was completely wrong. I've made it clear I'm posting honest feedback everywhere I can, but they don't seem bothered. Their social media pages are filled with negative comments from other customers too.
Bought a whiskey that comes in this really cool seahorse shaped bottle. The outer shipping box looked okay, but when I opened the inner box the damage was obvious. The bottle had a noticeable scuff on it. Called the store right away and they responded pretty quickly. They talked to their shipping team and offered either a replacement bottle if I sent the damaged one back, or ten dollars off. Here's the thing though: they actually told me these bottles almost always arrive damaged. That's a huge red flag. My husband collects these and this one is basically worthless to him now. Don't order from here. They don't stand behind what they're selling.
Got myself a Johnnie Walker XR 21 at a decent price point. Called a couple times for shipping updates and the staff I spoke with were really helpful and patient each time. They got back to me quickly with the info I needed. The bottle showed up wrapped really nicely and in perfect shape. Definitely ordering from them again and recommending them to others.
This place deserves zero stars but that wasn't an option. I bought wine as a present on the 27th and heard nothing about what was happening with it. Emailed them over the weekend at a different address and suddenly got a message saying it shipped with a delivery date. Then the next day they inform me one item is out of stock and getting refunded. Really? They offered me a gift card for basically the same amount as the missing item, but that means I'd have to buy another bottle and pay another $30 to ship it. They need to rebrand if they're calling themselves the go-to online option. At minimum, they should contact customers when orders are only partially available.
Ordered a bottle but it never shipped. A week goes by with no shipping notice so I emailed customer service and heard crickets. Found their phone number, called, and was told the department doesn't start until noon. I asked them to cancel the order and they confirmed it hadn't shipped yet, so I cancelled. But they still charged me a 10% restocking fee even though it was never even packed. Wouldn't give me a full refund either. Maybe if you're swamped during the holidays you could try opening before lunchtime? Really disappointed and I won't be using them again.
Placed an order on December 4th and it's December 23rd, still not shipping. The seller keeps saying it's not in stock yet, but won't refund my full payment. Earlier they actually claimed it was being packaged and would ship on December 20th. The service is pretty awful and now they're insisting on a restocking fee. How do you charge a restock fee for something you never actually had in stock to begin with?

Lost a decent chunk of change on this one and it stings even more because it was supposed to be a special Christmas gift. Really wish I'd looked at the reviews first before spending money I worked hard for. Please get back to me about getting my money back.
Can't give zero stars or I would. Ordered something marked as in stock. Then suddenly it wasn't available. They offered either a replacement item or money back. I chose the refund. Turns out there's a 10% restocking charge even though they're the ones who don't have it. Figured maybe that was a fluke so I gave them another chance months later with different items. Same exact story. Items vanish from inventory. Requested my refund and two weeks later I've heard nothing and seen no money. Total scam. Don't waste your time.
