After barely wearing them the bottom started coming apart and the stitching gave way. That's not what you'd expect from this brand. I submitted a warranty claim that went through multiple reviews before getting rejected as normal wear. They gave no real explanation or offered to fix or replace anything. The product disappointed me but the way they handled my complaint was worse. I'd definitely think twice about buying from them again.
Don't purchase anything online from this company. Customer service doesn't really exist and even though I tried contacting them three times about an issue with my purchase (I ordered 6 items but only 2 were actually available yet they still charged full shipping and duties), they never responded. I had to dispute the charge with my card company to get anywhere. Only then did they reach out trying to keep the payment. Seriously don't buy from them online.
The customer service here is awful. They sent me incorrect tracking information and a wrong packaging code. Part of my order didn't arrive, and I can't reach anyone to help. I ended up losing the money because there's no way to send items back.
This whole experience has been terrible. The only thing I got was a useless automated response with no real help for my issue. No one from their team has actually reached out after I asked for additional support. It's clear that once Quiksilver takes your cash they don't care and just move on. They need to improve because other companies are running circles around them and I won't be giving them my business anymore.
Worst place to buy from. Customer service is basically just a computer since they're useless. The promo codes they email out don't even work the next day. When you call about it they just say sorry and that's it. Pick Amazon or someone else who values customers. Don't waste your time here.
The warranty means nothing to them. My snow pants zipper broke so I opened a support ticket with pictures and full details. They came back saying they needed photos even though I'd already sent them in my ticket. I uploaded them again and then they closed the whole thing without fixing anything. Now I'm stuck with a $500 jacket that's broken and unusable. Total scam.

Total junk! The brand has gone downhill. These wetsuits are cheap and low quality from overseas. The zippers aren't waterproof and won't hold up past one season. The product looked decent until I got it, then realized it's just another mass produced import slapped with a big name. After minimal use the zipper locked up and it doesn't even keep water out properly. What kind of wetsuit fails at its main job? The label peeled right off. You'd get better use from a plastic bag and tape. This won't survive a single season of real use. Skip these completely. They're discount quality trying to act premium. You're paying for the name and getting garbage that belongs in a clearance bin.
Be careful before ordering. Stay away completely. I bought some boardshorts in size 32 from Quicksilver and they were way too big. When I measured the waist it came in over 33 inches. The drawstring doesn't help size them down. Trading them in for a different size costs $7.50. Considering these shorts were made overseas for almost nothing their exchange policy stinks. I called and they claimed they'd reverse the fee but I don't trust them. Do all action sports companies operate this way?
I'm thrilled watching this brand go away. Bought navy flip flops that are absolute garbage. They stained my tub and my house floors because of how badly made they are. The color bleeds onto my feet and everything they touch when I take them off. I'm never buying from these people again. This is my first and last purchase. They have no integrity selling cheap products like this. They're making fast money while destroying long term customer relationships and hurting the environment. This brand deserves to disappear. I'm throwing these out.
