Wouldn't give this even one star if I could. The site displayed a complimentary item bundled with my order, and I verified it was in my cart multiple times before checkout. The moment my payment went through, that free gift disappeared from my order. When I tried to get help, there was nobody available to talk to, just automated responses saying my order couldn't be cancelled. This is straight up deceptive marketing at its worst. I'm disputing this charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible customer service combined with ridiculously slow delivery. I placed an order over Thanksgiving week, and as of mid-December it still hasn't shipped. After sending them an email about the delay, they responded that orders take roughly 2 weeks to process. This makes no sense since their purchase information page clearly states delivery should happen within 4-5 business days. Not coming back to this company.
