This is hands down the best place to buy reading glasses online! They've got a huge variety of frames at every price point, from designer to affordable. You can easily pick what you need like Computer Progressive, Non-Glare, Blue Light Filter, and different magnification levels. Plus free two-day shipping comes standard and if something doesn't work out, their 30-day return policy is super straightforward. I've ordered several pairs over the years and honestly can't say enough good things about them!

I honestly can't understand why anyone would rate this place anything less than five stars. Over the past five years I've gotten five pairs of Progressive No Line Sunglasses and only returned one because Polarized wasn't my thing. Every single time I've dealt with them has been totally easy and pleasant. Their customer service team is fantastic, so friendly and they really know their stuff. I just sent back an older pair for an updated prescription and frame maintenance. I've picked up Coach frames, one beautiful Tory Burch, and lately got myself some fancy Swarovski shades.

Got my glasses and they were broken right out of the box. The plastic was rough and unfinished, and the whole thing felt flimsy and cheap. Trying to send them back turned into a hassle. Every time I contact support they throw out different solutions and ask a million questions instead of just accepting the return. A defective product should mean a straightforward return, but they're making it complicated. There are plenty of other places to shop, so why deal with this?

I'm getting bombarded with emails constantly and there's no way to unsubscribe. I was asked to leave a review and got interrupted by a pop-up that appeared out of nowhere. This kind of stuff is really annoying and I don't appreciate being hassled like that.

My order got shipped to an old address even though I clearly selected my current billing address at checkout. That old address hadn't been used for years. When I contacted them about it, they offered me a discount to place another order, but honestly that's not the solution. It's their mistake and they should be sending the correct glasses to my actual address. The product itself is nice, but I don't think they're taking responsibility for what went wrong here.

I had bad luck with a couple other eyewear retailers, so I decided to try getting reading glasses with designer frames from ReadingGlasses.com. The price was almost $85 less than what I found for the exact same frames elsewhere. They got my order to me in just three days with free two-day shipping and threw in a case at no extra charge. The whole experience was exactly what I wanted and more.

Three days go by and still no tracking number. Would not recommend this site. They sent me a link to download an app that doesn't even work. Total waste of time.

The customer service here was amazing! The glasses weren't the right fit for me and they made returning them super easy with no fuss whatsoever.

I bought a pair of folding Bat Wing frames and when you fold them, they scratch the lenses. I pointed this out and they admitted it was a problem on their end, but then refused to give me any discount because they wanted the glasses back so they could resell them. That's used merchandise being resold which I'm pretty sure isn't legal. They wouldn't work with me to fix it, and honestly that's just bad business.

My glasses showed up with the nosepiece already detached and the screw missing. I asked them to send a replacement screw and they told me to ship the whole thing back. Now it's been two weeks and they're saying they'll fix it and return it today, but their first response made it sound like they'd send a replacement pair. It feels like they're doing me a favor by fixing their own mistake, which honestly is frustrating. I'm definitely going somewhere else for my next pair.
