I've ordered several pairs over the years and honestly can't say enough good things about them!
I honestly can't understand why anyone would rate this place anything less than five stars. Over the past five years I've gotten five pairs of Progressive No Line Sunglasses and only returned one because Polarized wasn't my thing. Every single time I've dealt with them has been totally easy and pleasant. Their customer service team is fantastic, so friendly and they really know their stuff. I just sent back an older pair for an updated prescription and frame maintenance. I've picked up Coach frames, one beautiful Tory Burch, and lately got myself some fancy Swarovski shades.
Got my glasses and they were broken right out of the box. The plastic was rough and unfinished, and the whole thing felt flimsy and cheap. Trying to send them back turned into a hassle. Every time I contact support they throw out different solutions and ask a million questions instead of just accepting the return. A defective product should mean a straightforward return, but they're making it complicated. There are plenty of other places to shop, so why deal with this?

I bought a pair of folding Bat Wing frames and when you fold them, they scratch the lenses. I pointed this out and they admitted it was a problem on their end, but then refused to give me any discount because they wanted the glasses back so they could resell them. That's used merchandise being resold which I'm pretty sure isn't legal. They wouldn't work with me to fix it, and honestly that's just bad business.
My glasses showed up with the nosepiece already detached and the screw missing. I asked them to send a replacement screw and they told me to ship the whole thing back. Now it's been two weeks and they're saying they'll fix it and return it today, but their first response made it sound like they'd send a replacement pair. It feels like they're doing me a favor by fixing their own mistake, which honestly is frustrating. I'm definitely going somewhere else for my next pair.
