What Shoppers Say About RealRooms Furniture
RealRooms Furniture receives a 2.0 out of 5 rating from 5 shoppers, with the majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. The most common complaints center on shipping delays that extend four to five weeks beyond purchase, tracking errors that route orders to wrong states, and unresponsive customer support without phone options. Shoppers also report price fluctuations on the website and orders cancelled due to inventory issues. One reviewer praised the quality and sturdiness of a five-drawer dresser, noting that while assembly was time-consuming, the final product delivered solid construction and met expectations.
The overwhelming pattern in negative reviews points to logistics and customer service failures rather than product quality issues. Customers describe tracking that shows illogical routing, delivery dates that continuously change, and support teams that cannot resolve problems. The contrast between the single positive review highlighting furniture durability and the numerous complaints about delivery and support suggests that RealRooms may struggle with order fulfillment operations and response infrastructure despite offering acceptable furniture pieces.

Sorted by: Most recentMy experience shopping with them was absolutely awful. I found a TV stand with fireplace for 99 dollars through Walmart and made the purchase. A few days passed and I checked back on the site only to see the price had jumped to 186 dollars. My order hadn't shipped yet when I got an email saying it was cancelled because it was out of stock. When I looked again, the exact same item was available but marked at the higher price point. I reached out to Walmart and they explained that the product had come back in stock but the price went up due to market demand and popularity. The item was never actually unavailable. This company cancelled my order on purpose so I'd be forced to pay more. They're completely dishonest and profit-driven. I'm done buying from them for good.
Four weeks have passed since we ordered our bed and it still hasn't arrived. According to tracking, it went from Michigan to Illinois and somehow ended up in California, even though we're in Oklahoma. The support team at Real Rooms has been no help whatsoever. This whole situation has been incredibly annoying and I wouldn't suggest ordering from this company.
I would give them negative stars if possible. Over five weeks ago I bought a bed frame and still don't have it. Their shipping company is absolutely terrible and Real Rooms support is useless with no phone option available. My order has been sitting in their warehouse for over a month with delivery dates that keep changing. I get text notifications saying it's delayed with no explanation or updated delivery window. Real Rooms keeps saying they can't do anything because the shipping partner handles it. When I call shipping they say they'll reschedule it. I'm stuck in this loop going nowhere. When I asked for my money back since it's clear I'm never getting this bed, they refused and said they can't refund items in transit. I'm out a lot of money. This is a complete scam. Stay away and save yourself the headache. Tons of people on Reddit are experiencing the exact same problems.
The customer support team was unhelpful and the furniture itself was a nightmare to put together.
