Got a really disappointing refund from this company for shelves that wobble all over the place. I ended up spending extra money on materials to stabilize them since what came in the box wasn't going to cut it. These shelves aren't made to handle much weight at all. Returning them would've been the right move, but we'd already hauled those heavy boxes downstairs and had one assembled by the time we realized there was a problem. I've owned Seville and Trinity brand shelving in the past, and honestly this Reibii stuff doesn't even come close to the quality I got from those other brands.

WARNING TO SHOPPERS: I received two press board shelves that arrived damaged from the shipping carrier. The company's response was unacceptable - first they offered me twenty bucks with zero replacement, then bumped it up to thirty-five dollars and expected me to source shelves on my own. When I asked about getting replacement shelves shipped out, they basically refused and suggested I wait around two months instead. After multiple attempts to contact them about replacements, I finally got a response saying they don't have stock available and wanted to know if I'd be okay waiting that long. I said yes, but here we are with no follow-up. Their packaging clearly needs serious improvement, yet instead of actually fixing the problem they keep making excuses. I'm honestly baffled how a company can be this slow compared to getting items shipped back and forth from overseas multiple times. Until these replacement boards show up at my door, I'm going to be telling everyone I know to look elsewhere because their supply chain is a complete mess.
