Rejuvenation Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Rejuvenation
Rejuvenation receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with the vast majority of shoppers reporting serious problems. The most common complaints involve shipping failures (items never arriving, arriving empty, or taking months), unresponsive customer service, and refusals to honor warranty claims or process returns. Multiple reviewers describe placing orders that vanished without communication, cancelled order requests that went unanswered, and damaged products that the company refused to repair or replace despite being under warranty. A small number of satisfied customers praise the design and quality of products like vanities, knobs, and hardware when they do arrive as promised.
The consistent pattern across negative reviews suggests systemic issues with fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer service responsiveness. Even customers who initially appreciated product quality reported that subsequent orders resulted in frustration due to shipping delays, missing shipments, or lack of support when problems occurred. The few positive reviews stand out as exceptions rather than indicators of typical service.

Sorted by: Most recentReally beautiful vanities that came in good time. Fantastic hardware too. As a designer, I really value quality products that don't cost a fortune and this company delivers on both fronts.
The dresser I purchased started having serious problems with its wood veneer bubbling and cracking before even hitting the one year mark. Rejuvenation did start looking into it since it was within warranty, but they completely refused to replace it or make any repairs. The dresser was kept in a climate controlled apartment and only dusted regularly. This product quality is honestly disappointing.
Terrible experience overall. My interior design team had ordered a bathroom vanity that came split into three shipments - base cabinet, stone countertop, and sink basin. When the countertop crate showed up, it was completely empty except for foam and a manual. They told me to just wait a month for a replacement, which finally arrived, but then my plumber discovered the under sink mounting clips weren't included in either shipment - just screws and washers in the plastic bags with the manuals. Had to source clips elsewhere and now my plumber needs to reschedule. The packing and shipping process has zero quality standards. On top of that, I bought a surface bolt for double doors that literally snapped two weeks in - the small metal catch popped right out. It's no longer available, so I had to order a different one instead.
I placed an order for two side tables and never received them. I've attempted multiple times to reach customer service about this but can't get any assistance. It's the worst customer experience I've had.
Don't trust this company. After spending $260 on six hooks, I waited a month with no shipping updates. I asked to cancel and return the order. Never got a response and the items never showed up.
I was really happy with Rejuvenation when I first ordered some cabinet knobs - quality and design were great. So when we were redoing our exterior doors, we went with them again without hesitation. That was a mistake. We dropped thousands on hinges and three deadbolt sets from their Level Bolt line. We double checked with them that we were getting the right sets for our doors, but none of them work right. The finishes scratch super easily too - our brand new oil rubbed bronze knob is showing gold underneath in several spots. When we had installation problems, I contacted them right away. The first rep was unhelpful and dismissive. I asked for a manager and was promised a call in a day or two, but got nothing. After weeks, I reached out again with the same promise of a manager callback. Eventually got a voicemail and email, but even after four more emails and two calls, nothing's been resolved.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The sales reps are rude and won't actually fix your problems. I ordered kitchen pulls in December that were supposedly delivered on the 23rd but never arrived. Customer service told me to file a claim with UPS and didn't care that I was on a deadline. When I called back, a different rep said it went from UPS to the post office and would be here by end of that week, but that wasn't acceptable. I asked them to send a replacement with faster shipping since I needed it to finish a client project, but they just told me to wait and hung up on me. How does a pair of kitchen pulls break a big company's bank? Horrible. Had particularly bad interactions with one agent - spoke to them twice and they were rude both times and wouldn't help. Find another company.
Five weeks ago I bought six planters that were listed as in stock and they're shipping from LA to Texas. First problem - there's absolutely no way to track your shipment. Compare that to a steel gate I ordered from Seattle that left yesterday and I can monitor its LTL freight status and it'll be here in ten days. Second problem - they're cutting corners on shipping costs. An outdoor planter I ordered five days ago arrived via FedEx already. I don't know how Rejuvenation thinks this helps their reputation with such sluggish shipping times. Third problem - they pulled a bait and switch. Originally they said five weeks, but now at the five week mark they've pushed it to eight weeks with no email or apology. I saw it when logging into my account. Will absolutely not order from them again. My planters will show up after the freeze, so I won't be able to get them planted in time to establish roots and protect against frost. Just completely aggravating.
I bought a house that already had these locks installed and one failed within a week. The previous owner mentioned they had been having issues with these same locks for the past 4 years. When I called the company, they weren't willing to do anything or provide any sort of warranty. They look nice but they don't actually work, and they're pricey for the performance.
