The customer service is terrible, my order took forever to get sorted out correctly, and when I finally did, they claimed they'd need three weeks to make a standard item that wasn't personalized. When I wanted to cancel before they started, they refused to let me. I had no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the charge.
Don't trust this store! They provide a return address if you're unsatisfied, but getting your money back is practically impossible. Personalized items? Forget about returns on those. When my large shipment finally arrived, I was really let down by the quality. The jewelry looked cheap, like something from a discount kids section. I contacted customer service about my first returned item and never got a refund, then they asked me to ship the birthstones back myself at my own cost. I wasn't comfortable with that arrangement. After I mentioned I wouldn't be leaving a positive review, they basically said they couldn't care less about helping me. Stay away from this place!
Ordered something and got completely different items shipped to me. Since then they've been dodging all my attempts to contact them through email and their social media pages. I'm in the process of filing a chargeback with my card company to get my money back.
Don't waste your money here! This place is dishonest about their products and the quality is absolutely terrible with zero protection for customers despite overcharging for everything. I bought a necklace I wanted my grandson to give to his mom for her birthday. The listing clearly stated sterling silver and the price was over $150, so I thought it would be quality merchandise. What arrived was cheap costume jewelry that didn't even look nice. Not sterling silver at all! When I asked about returning it, they said it was custom because it had an initial on it. That's ridiculous since they're clearly mass produced with a bunch of pre-made initial charms sitting in drawers. I checked their reviews and noticed the supposed five star ones weren't even for the item I bought. The review photos were blurry but you could tell they weren't showing the actual merchandise.
Really disappointed with how this necklace turned out. The look and craftsmanship weren't what I expected at all. They won't take it back because they claim it's a custom piece, but honestly everything they sell falls into that category. This policy is really frustrating and unfair.
