I was a repeat customer and actually liked their stuff until this happened. Grabbed the Intensité Eye Duo on Black Friday last year and didn't open the eye serum until months later. When I finally tried to use it in June, the pump was completely broken. I pressed it over 100 times and nothing came out. I figured their team would help since I've been loyal for years, but customer service just sent me a canned response about being outside the 30-day window and then ghosted me. It wasn't about returning anything, the product simply never worked. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they actually responded again. That's when they claimed it was an airless pump and said I broke it by opening the cap, which I only did after struggling to figure out what was wrong. To this day I can't use it at all. This should have been about standing behind a defective product, not hiding behind some return policy.

Don't bother with this brand. I bought their eye concealer for $125 and the container cracked not long after, leaking product all inside my purse. When I reached out about getting a replacement, they turned me down because it had been more than a month. I'd barely touched the stuff. The quality is cheap but the price tag is anything but. Total waste of cash!
