My order shipped super fast and I had it within three days. The fit was perfect, I got an XL and it was exactly true to size. The material is really soft and feels high quality. I loved it so much I immediately ordered another one and already got my shipping notification. Definitely coming back for more.
I ran into the same return scam that other customers have reported. When the items arrived, I could immediately tell the coverage wouldn't work for me without even trying them on. I requested a return the same day, but the company requires you to get approval before they'll send a label. After waiting 24 hours with no response during their supposed 7-day return window, I had to submit another request. I finally got approval after more than two days. Once they received my return, I got an email saying it could take up to 8 business days to process. After 10 business days passed with zero refund or update, I emailed asking when I'd get my money back. Then they told me there was a "hygiene problem" with the bottoms even though I never wore them. They tried to convince me to keep the top to match, but when I said no thanks, they offered to send the bottoms back and give store credit for the top. Keep in mind I actually met their impossible 7-day window for a full refund.
Wish I'd stumbled on this page before making my purchase. I'd been wanting these swimsuits forever and after losing over 60 pounds before my wedding I decided to splurge on a bikini for my honeymoon. Since I wanted to get the right size, I waited until my final dress fitting and used those exact measurements to order. I tried on the suit within 20 minutes of it arriving and it was drastically undersized, way too small, and I'm only a 36B. I immediately emailed them since I knew the replacement wouldn't get here in time for my trip and asked if there was any way to get expedited shipping on the replacement or if they could do anything to help get it in time. Never heard back from anyone. A few days later I got an email with return instructions and two weeks after that I received notice that I had store credit instead of a refund, which made it too late to get a replacement for my honeymoon. I'd give zero stars if I could. These people are straight up scammers. I wanted to return the swimsuit because it fit terribly. They claimed I couldn't return it since the liner was missing and there were wear marks. The photo they showed me looked like barely any lint from the liner, and I definitely sent it back WITH the liner attached. They must have removed it themselves. That's basically theft. Super rude and unprofessional.
I paid for expedited processing and express shipping. Even after waiting 5 business days, my order still hadn't been processed. I tried reaching out through email, the website chat, and their phone number but couldn't get ahold of anyone. Don't advertise services you can't actually deliver.
I was pretty shocked reading through these reviews because I've been buying from them for years and haven't had any problems. I actually wanted to come leave a positive review and give them some credit. I'm not saying anyone's experience was wrong, but I've placed more than 5 orders across swimwear and workout clothes and I've consistently been happy with the quality and the brand, plus I've had good interactions with their customer service when I've needed it.
Hate that I have to write this review. I bought their swimsuits a few times back when they first came out and wasn't too disappointed, but this recent purchase has totally changed my mind. The sizing was completely off, which they've never been great at, so I tried it on and sent it back right away. They emailed me back saying there was a stain and that I'd worn it and possibly washed it. That made no sense because all the tags were still attached and I only had it on for less than a minute since it barely fit. I wrote back explaining that was impossible, that there was no stain when I sent it, and it wasn't washed. They just shipped it back to me without even responding to my message. I've been a loyal customer for years but I'm done now. The suits cost too much to deal with bad sizing, poor material, and terrible customer service. Plus they don't even acknowledge their long-time customers. Not shopping with them anymore.
I really wish I'd found these reviews before ordering. I bought a suit for $150, which is more than I normally spend, but I took the chance. When it arrived I tried it on and wasn't into it, so I packed it right back up and sent it back as soon as they gave me the label. Why didn't they just send the label right away instead of taking days to 'review' the return first? That seemed really strange. Then randomly the suit gets sent back to me and I'm super confused. They claimed there was a stain on it somehow. How is that even possible when the suit was only out of the box for a few minutes? I was super careful to be clean and follow their timeline. After reading all these other reviews I'm realizing this is their pattern. I'm furious that I'm out $150 for a suit I'll never wear.
Absolute trash company. Don't ever order from them. I spent over $400 on multiple suits thinking I could return whatever I didn't like. One of the suits I immediately wasn't happy with the material, so I never even put it on. I returned it within the window and followed all their instructions. They claimed it had a stain with zero proof. I never tried it on and only had it out for like 5 seconds. Now I have to wait another month just to get my return back, and I already waited a whole month for the suits to show up in the first place. That's $150 wasted. I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid this site completely. Complete garbage company.
This review is about their customer service and it's honestly awful. The phone number on their website says they answer calls right away, but it doesn't even work. Their text support line doesn't reply, and the chat on their site won't connect you to an actual person. I don't think they have customer service at all. My shipment label was created days ago but the carrier can't find it and doesn't know if anyone's even planning to send it out.
