Their return policy is garbage. Don't shop here. If you buy with a discount code, you lose the ability to return anything. There are tons of better swimwear companies out there. I got a bikini and the material quality and fit were both disappointing. It's suspicious they don't list the fabric information on their product pages. Sketchy business.

I'm trying to process a return and instead of just telling me how to send back a badly made swimsuit, they're trying to negotiate with me. Here's what they sent in an email: 'How about you keep the item and we refund you 30% of the item's price and offer you a 20% discount coupon for your next purchase? Hope you understand that this is the best compensation we can get for you. I highly recommend you consider this. If you have other ideas, please feel free to let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Claire.' After that the communication just stopped completely with no further responses.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I've emailed their customer service team multiple times requesting a return label and still haven't gotten one. They advertise a 15-day return period but good luck actually returning anything. The swimsuits run small and aren't like the pictures. That's $100 down the drain. I'm reporting this as a scam.

Wish I'd read the reviews first before spending my money. This company is a nightmare. Getting a refund from them is like pulling teeth. Please report them to someone.

The quality wasn't anywhere close to what I expected based on their website. It's clear they're manipulating the reviews posted on their site. I sent back everything in perfect condition right when it arrived and they're refusing to give me my money back. I'd suggest finding an established swimwear brand that actually stands behind their products and offers real refunds.

I wanted to like this brand but honestly the quality just isn't there. I have two one pieces and one of them is completely see-through in the chest area, and the other one has way too much fabric on the bottom so when I lean forward everything shows. I'm typically a small in most brands and I ordered small from them too, but something is off with how they size and construct their suits.

The suits are nice looking, but they seem to run small. That's really important to know because their return and exchange policy is way stricter than any other swimsuit brand I've come across. From what I experienced, it's obvious that they focus on marketing hype instead of making quality products or providing good customer service. Their support team was polite, but it took about two days to get email responses, and they won't budge on anything. I can't recommend them unless you're able to try things on in a store first.

Absolutely terrible customer service and a horrible policy for exchanges. I'm really disappointed with how everything went. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

Total rip-off. I wanted to give them a chance but the sizing didn't work out. They told me to try the next size up, then flat out refused to accept any of my items back for an exchange even though they're all in brand new, resellable condition. They sent me pictures claiming there were deodorant stains on the swimwear, but that's impossible since I was completely clean when I tried them on for literally less than a minute. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and now I'm stuck with several $90 pieces that don't fit me.

The quality of their material is really bad. It's by far the worst and priciest swimsuit I've ever bought and the material falls apart super quickly. Also just so you know, they delete all the bad reviews off their website so only positive ones show up. Would never purchase again.
