According to their policy, you just print a form, cut out the barcode from your box, and mail everything in. I followed every single step they outlined. Since then, I've been trying to contact them repeatedly through email, but instead of processing my refund, they keep sending me thick packets full of medical releases and health questionnaires. I never asked for medical forms or needed any medical help! It feels like they're deliberately sending me junk instead of actually giving me my money back. This seems like a tactic to wear me down and make me eventually stop asking for what they promised. Once they have your payment, they apparently don't care about honoring their word.
I bought the mens solution to use on my eyebrows. Unfortunately it didn't produce any results for me. I was consistent with applying it twice daily for over two months, but I didn't notice any improvement at all. I was really hopeful this product would work, so I'm quite let down. On top of everything, the company removed my negative review from their website.
