I've had nothing but good ordering experiences from you all over many years. Your customer service is truly excellent. However, I'd appreciate some improvements in your color range. You used to carry a lot more variety but now it's mostly darker shades. For those of us who wear lighter tones, we'd really like to see more blonde options available. Also, keeping products in stock is super important. Without proper inventory, customers will just go to competitors who have what they need ready to ship. Every time I place an order with you all it goes smoothly. I've been a customer for years now and it's consistently been a great experience with outstanding customer service. One thing that would help though is expanding your color selection. You used to have lots of options but now it's mostly dark shades. Those of us who prefer lighter colors would love to see more blonde choices on the site. Also, it would be awesome if you kept more items in stock because otherwise customers will shop somewhere else where things are actually available.
