Bought our wedding bands here and loved it. The price was budget friendly and they shipped super fast. We needed both sized up by a half size, and the team was incredibly helpful over the phone and email. We sent them back via UPS 2 day shipping with insurance and signature confirmation for just $28 total, and Sarraf only charged us an extra $10 to make the size adjustment. The whole process was fantastic and made our wedding planning so much less stressful.

Got scammed on the actual gold amount. Seriously disappointed. We bought two 18k gold "Comfort Fit" wedding bands and neither one matched the stated weight. They have this clause about allowing 5% variance (which let's be honest, always works in their favor - essentially saying your ring will come in 5% lighter than what you paid for). The larger ring was supposed to be 9.8 grams but came in at 8.8 grams, and the smaller one was labeled 3 grams but actually weighed 2.4 grams. That's 1.6 grams of gold missing total. At current prices, that's about $272 worth of gold they kept. Plus, both rings had rough, sharp edges that definitely don't fit the "comfort fit" description. When we contacted them asking for our money back and wanting an explanation for the weight discrepancy, they never even responded. It took two weeks just to get the refund processed. I can't recommend shopping here.

Someone please explain to me how a 4.5mm silver franco chain costs over a thousand dollars. I can grab a 12mm solid silver cuban chain from somewhere else for a lot less or maybe even the same ballpark price.

My first purchase from this place was way back around 2012 or 2013, honestly can't remember exactly when it's been so long. Fast forward to this year, 2024, and I came back because they offer layaway which was perfect for me. Used it to buy a gold figaro chain as a present. I picked the solid figaro instead of the hollow version that looked bigger, and chose 10k yellow gold. I haven't put it on a scale since I can feel how substantial it is and have no doubt it's the right weight. Got it shipped to me in Pennsylvania right when my layaway finished, arrived well before Christmas. The only hiccup with layaway was the recipient really wanted rose gold instead and I tried reaching out about returning it, but the return deadline had already passed once the item arrived. Turned out fine though since they decided to keep it anyway. Just started another layaway for a rose gold chain for next Christmas. Shocked to see all the negative reviews out there. I've got nothing bad to say about these guys. The chains I gave as gifts from them years ago were solid, not hollow, and they still look amazing. Got the 14K Yellow Gold Solid Vikings Bangle Bracelet and I was really impressed with how well it's built. I'll admit I had some reservations after reading some of the reviews about them, but decided to take the chance on the solid Viking bracelet anyway. After checking it out closely, the craftsmanship is really solid, with just minor polishing imperfections that are barely visible if you're really looking for them. Overall, I'm thrilled with what I got.
