Had a really disappointing situation with my order here. I got a gift basket for the holidays and the shipping cost was already pretty steep for something that small. More than a week went by and nothing showed up at my door. They never reached out, and neither did the shipping company. It looks like there was a glitch in their system that messed up how my information transferred to the shipping label, so the address and name were both wrong. My package ended up stuck because it needed an address correction. I called to fix it and learned that while most carriers can usually handle changes like that, this company had blocked it on their side. So I had to deal with them directly, and you know what? They wanted to charge me an extra $25 just to fix their mistake. The customer service rep I talked to was pretty rude about the whole thing. When the gift finally arrived, the person who got it said the pralines tasted grainy and old, and the other candy wasn't anything special either. I spent over $100 on this and it was completely pointless. They won't be seeing me as a customer again.
