This company provides absolutely no customer support. I reached out multiple times about being charged sales tax on items that shouldn't be taxed and nobody would help me. I found a different supplier who doesn't charge tax on those items and actually has people who respond. Don't hesitate to leave this company. I'm suspicious they're pocketing the tax money on non taxable medical items in Florida.

I emailed to cancel my order because the shower chair wouldn't fit in my tub. The next day they told me it had already shipped. Either they didn't read my message or they ignored it and sent it anyway. Turns out I'd be stuck paying a 25% restocking fee plus my own return shipping. The return costs came out to nearly what the chair cost originally. I would have ordered elsewhere if I'd known how bad their return policy was.

Just got my order of 5 large medicine bottles and I'm really upset about how they arrived. Everything was just tossed into a box with zero protection, no bubble wrap, no padding at all. Two bottles popped open and leaked everywhere during transit. The outside of the box was completely stained from the spill. For $75 worth of medical product, this is honestly unacceptable. There was clearly zero effort put into making sure my order arrived safely.

I'm frustrated with how I've been treated by their customer service team. They told me multiple times that someone would reach out about returning the ramps I bought, but nobody ever called. I've tried contacting them so many times with no luck. I had to dial three different numbers and got transferred around constantly. The ramps don't work with my doors and I need to send them back right away. I was supposed to hear from someone in support but never did. I just want a return label and my money. When I called again before leaving this review, I found out I have to take the ramps to the post office myself and pay for shipping. On top of that, they're keeping 25% as a restocking fee. This whole thing is ridiculous. I won't buy from them again. This company is basically stealing from seniors.

Three weeks have passed and my order still hasn't shown up. Tried calling the company multiple times but nobody picks up and they never call back. They seem to shut down constantly for holidays, like two full weeks in September. They do have a live chat option but honestly it doesn't help with anything. The warehouse doesn't even open until after 10 in the morning. Stay away from this place if you can. You're putting your family's health at risk by ordering here.
