These folks should rename themselves because all they seem interested in is charging you whatever they can. Prices are outrageous and shipping costs even more. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Just another company that randomly cancels orders without explanation. Super sketchy business practices and I'd steer clear. I had a completely legitimate order and they kept making up excuses to cancel it. Pretty sure they didn't want me using my discount code and kept the savings for themselves. Now I'm stuck paying full price somewhere else for what I need.

The Joint Nutrients product is absolutely fantastic. I was dealing with serious joint pain from some health problems and within a day it was completely gone. Already ordered my second bottle. The Methyl B12 Folate is equally amazing and I'm stocking up on that too. There's so much valuable information out there about why we need the natural methyl form of folate instead of the synthetic folic acid, especially for people with certain genetic markers. Really grateful for products like these that actually make a difference.

The supplements didn't work out for what I needed, but the customer service team was fantastic. They processed my refund right away and included a really nice message asking me not to ship the product back if possible, to give it to someone who could use it instead and help reduce waste. That kind of thoughtfulness means a lot.

Ordered B-Complex+ on July 6th and it's now July 21st with nothing to show for it. First shipment got lost and the replacement still hasn't arrived. They're saying maybe July 25th but the package wasn't properly declared for international customs so I'm not holding my breath. I'm out almost seventy dollars with zero product in hand. My entire supplement routine got completely thrown off and now I'm looking at a full month delay in my whole fitness and nutrition plan. This is really disappointing. What makes it worse is this wasn't handled by some junior person. A supervisor personally signed off on this replacement order and still managed to miss basic international shipping standards like marking it as a replacement or using the right customs forms. The company brags about their high ratings online, but this experience proves otherwise.

This company has genuinely changed my life. After dealing with COVID four years ago, my whole body went sideways. I ended up with severe histamine sensitivities and nothing seemed to help no matter what I tried. My wife discovered Seeking Health and their histamine formula products. Once I started using them, I got my normal life back. Now I can have cold drinks, wine, pizza, all the stuff I couldn't do before. I'm so grateful to have things back to normal.

Pretty strange situation overall. I got a product that was nearly two years old, basically at its expiration date. Given how much I paid, I expected something newer and asked if they could send a replacement with a fresher date or process a refund. The staff was nice and quick about refunding me, and they mentioned they prefer not to deal with returns for environmental reasons. While that's nice in theory, it's odd that a company wouldn't want a pricey item sent back, and the fact they didn't offer a fresher replacement makes me wonder if they don't have any in stock. Definitely something to keep in mind when ordering.

Delivery was quick enough, but I got hit with unexpected customs charges on my international order. Nobody tells you during checkout that you're responsible for paying those fees. Would have been helpful to have that information upfront.

Really impressed with how well this worked out. The skin treatment made a huge difference and actually eliminated the sensitivity issues I was dealing with.

I've been a repeat customer and generally love their products, but had an issue with their NADH and CoQ10 lozenges. The label says it contains 25mg of active NADH, but when I looked deeper I found out it's actually only 2.5mg per lozenge. I reached out about this discrepancy and got nothing but dismissal. When I tried posting a review on their site mentioning this problem, it wouldn't go through, which tells me they probably filter out anything that isn't glowing. I'm frustrated because their other stuff works great, but be aware of the labeling on this one.
