Do not buy seeds from this place. I purchased three packets of foxglove seeds and none of them sprouted at all. When I got foxgloves from other companies like Johnny's, they grew just fine with no problems. This store is not worth your money, and on top of that their customer service is really lacking. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.

The shipping took way too long. I can show you the timeline. Placed my order on Monday, February 16 and got it February 26. My USPS tracking showed the package didn't arrive at the post office facility in Connecticut until February 21 at 7:48 pm. So Select Seeds took five days to get my order shipped out, then USPS took another five days for the parcel to reach me. If you need your seeds quickly, this isn't the place to order from.

More than a third of their seeds show as 'currently unavailable' and it's been that way for quite a while. They keep listing all these fresh new varieties but they're never actually in stock. I browse their site regularly and it seems like they're trying to make it look like everything sells out super fast. I suspect a lot of these items were never really available in the first place.

The plants arrived safely and looking great, just like always. But I really wanted to say thanks for that Planting Guide you included with my order. It's honestly the best one I've gotten in years, with so much detailed and helpful information. My Salvia 'Hummingbird Falls' plants just came in and I'm absolutely delighted. The packaging was so protective that the leaves didn't even droop a bit, and it was simple to take everything out without worrying about hurting the plants. I've watered them gently and they're settling in on a shelf. Can't wait to get them in the ground.

Really disappointed with the pricing on this order. The plants that arrived looked fine and healthy, but they were quite small, just basic starter sizes. At $8.75 per plant before shipping, and then adding in what felt like an excessive shipping charge, I ended up spending over $13 per plant total. That's way too much for what you're getting. Not happy with Select Seeds about this.

Where else can you find so many gorgeous flowers at these prices? Plus their seeds actually sprout, which for me has been 100% successful. I've been growing organically for over 40 years and the flowers are honestly my favorite part of the garden. Getting their seeds feels like a treat. This is my third time ordering from them. Rather than just buying already grown plants, I wanted to experience growing everything from seeds myself. It's been an amazing journey watching the whole thing unfold from start to finish. Now I'm planting extra flowers to feed the birds in my area.
