What Shoppers Say About Sennheiser Hearing
Sennheiser Hearing receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 13 shoppers rating the store 1.9 out of 5. The dominant complaint centers on customer service failures: orders arriving late or not at all, support staff appearing indifferent to issues, refunds issued without explanation, and lost shipments handled poorly. Several reviewers report missing accessories with high-value purchases and difficulty obtaining tracking information or updates on replacements. The warranty exchange process has also drawn criticism for requiring customers to pay return shipping and providing minimal communication throughout.
A small number of positive reviews highlight fast shipping on replacement parts and reasonable pricing compared to buying new products. One satisfied customer noted efficient service and an absence of aggressive email marketing. However, these isolated positive experiences are vastly outweighed by the pattern of shipping delays, unresponsive support, and unclear policies that dominate recent reviews.

Sorted by: Most recentOrdered a replacement cable for my HD 559s and it came in way faster than the stated timeline. Fixed my headphones for a fraction of what new ones would cost. They didn't even spam me with review request emails. That's all I needed.
Stay away from Sennheiser Hearing - their service is absolutely terrible. I bought my wife a premium HDB 630 headphone for her birthday, spending $999 on it. It comes with a USB-C Bluetooth adapter (BTD 700), but didn't include the USB-C to USB-A converter that normally ships with it when sold separately. My wife's older laptop only has USB-A ports, so I contacted them asking if they'd supply the missing converter. Their answer? Read the manual next time - turns out you only get that converter if you purchase the BTD 700 by itself. They sent a link to buy the BTD 700 for $69.99. A simple adapter costs just a few bucks, but they want seventy dollars for it rather than offer it free or even at a reasonable price. Zero alternatives, zero helpfulness. My wife still can't use it with her laptop. Really disappointing for a premium product.
Ordered HD 550 headphones and a month has gone by without them arriving. After contacting support around week three, they decided the order was lost in shipping and supposedly sent a replacement via express. Still haven't gotten a tracking number or any information on the replacement. Steer clear of ordering from Sennheiser. Their support team moves incredibly slowly and it takes forever just to get your stuff.
Horrible support experience. My order never showed up because the delivery carrier lost it. Customer service didn't seem to care, just processed a refund and told me to place another order at a higher price. Not shopping there again.
Waited two weeks and my order still hadn't been sent out, so I reached out. They just issued a refund without any explanation or apology. Didn't even tell me why. Meanwhile, the same item is still available for purchase on their website.
I bought three different products from them: Momentum TW 2 and 3 plus IE300. The TW2 died right after warranty expired. The TW3 and IE300 both broke while still covered, so I went through their exchange process, which was honestly a nightmare. I had to pay for return shipping myself and got zero updates until a new device suddenly showed up at my door. The whole thing felt questionable. Then the TW3 ended up in the washing machine, totally my fault. But here's the thing - the IE300 just broke again after only another year, and now it's out of warranty. A critical review I left on their site disappeared. At this rate, they'll keep thriving for years based on their product durability and support quality.
This isn't really Sennheiser anymore - it's just licensed products now and the quality feels cheap. My Momentum 4s has way too much sound in the right side, poor audio overall, and an app that doesn't work at all. When I reached out to support, they asked for my receipt. I sent it and never heard from them again. Won't be coming back.
Purchased 450BT headphones and loved them initially, but one side stopped working. They offered warranty repair, which seemed great. After finally shipping them in, I waited ages for them to come back. When they arrived, the same problem was still there - one side completely dead. How they sent them back in that state is beyond me. Their response? Just send them back again. No loaner headset, no real help. This wasn't an inexpensive purchase, and I've basically only been able to use them for half the time I've owned them, approaching a year now. Really frustrating and unhelpful experience overall.
Delivery to my area was quick - package showed up a day earlier than expected. Would've been nicer to choose delivery to a pickup location, but that's minor and didn't affect how satisfied I am overall.
