I shop at the Shaw's location in my area pretty regularly, and the shopping experience is generally decent. But I had a concerning incident where I discovered a piece of plastic string in a package of cookies. I tried to report this food quality and safety issue through their website, which ended up being a hassle that didn't lead anywhere. The online support person I chatted with didn't seem to view it as a big deal, even though I sent them pictures and offered to accept a small refund that was honestly less than what I spent on the product. Be careful when purchasing their Signature brand items, especially food products.
