They claim to be BBB accredited but that's not true. My jewelry arrived damaged and when I tried to get help with an exchange or refund, nobody would answer. Save yourself the trouble and your cash.
Their customer service is terrible. I sent 5 different emails about returning my purchase and never got a single reply. Stay away from ordering anything here.

Their policy says you can get your money back within 30 days, and they claim they'll send a label in 48 hours. That never happened. I tried calling twice and sent 3 emails but couldn't get anyone to respond. It seems like they don't actually follow through on what their return policy promises. Can't suggest ordering from them.
Everything about this experience was fantastic. The item shipped super fast and arrived brand new, exactly like the description said it would be.
The earrings were a steal and the craftsmanship was top notch for the price. One thing though - they're advertised as green but they look basically see through. You can barely make out any green tint at all.
