Every trip to Australia I've made has been on this airline, and I've never had problems from booking through landing. The airport and cabin personnel are genuinely nice. This airline ranks as the world's best in 2022 with a 5 star Skytrax rating and is recognized as one of the five cleanest to fly during the pandemic. From ticket counter all the way to touchdown, the cabin team is considerate and ready to assist. They run a really tight ship with excellent procedures that staff take seriously. Safety protocols are on point too.

Got my money back with zero complications. Unlike some competitors who just ghosted me on canceled flights, this airline instantly approved the refund for multiple legs that were canceled. Really refreshing experience. Will definitely stick with them for Asia travel going forward.
