Sorted by: Most recentDishonest Business Practices - I haven't actually been to their location yet, but I had a terrible experience trying to buy tickets online today. Out of nowhere, a $4 fee labeled "Administration" showed up for each ticket I was purchasing, which ended up being about 20% extra on top of everything else. That was already pretty frustrating, but it got worse. My session timed out while I was checking out, so I added the tickets to my cart again and suddenly the per-ticket price jumped up another $2. Just to test things out, I logged in from a different computer using a VPN and wouldn't you know it, the price dropped back down. Based on these kinds of games, I have a pretty good sense of what kind of operation this is, and I'm not interested in supporting it.
Every Visit Gets Better - This was my third time coming back and it was honestly just as awesome as when I first went. The team members were super nice and really went out of their way to help. The one thing I wish they'd work on is making the slime experience a bit more budget friendly, since nobody ended up wanting to participate that day because of the cost.
