I'm happy to give SmartWings a thumbs up online because they really nailed a lot of things. They told me upfront that delivery would take 4-6 weeks, but my custom shades showed up in just ten calendar days. That's crazy fast for something manufactured, packed, and shipped all the way from China. Each blind came looking sharp and was packaged really well so nothing got damaged during shipping. The design of SmartWings blinds makes putting them in super straightforward. The measurement guide was excellent, and I even managed to get a tight fit in my tricky angled window openings. The remote came already set up, so pairing was no hassle. The blinds were also pre-indexed. One thing worth mentioning: if you're getting solar panels, think carefully about which side of your window moves. You'll want your motor on the stationary side, and you'll pick this when you order. If you put the motor on the moving side, you'll need a USB C extension cable to put the panel where it should go. SmartWings gives you solid instructions and online videos covering everything, even details like thread over matter.
