What Shoppers Say About SnackCrate
SnackCrates positive reviewers praise the quality and variety of international snacks, with customers expressing enthusiasm about receiving monthly boxes and enjoying the products with family and friends. However, a significant portion of negative reviews cite serious concerns about subscription management, including difficulty canceling memberships, unexpected cancellation fees, unauthorized charges after card cancellation, slow shipping times, and product quality issues such as stale or broken items arriving in underwhelming quantities.
The disconnect between five-star and one-star experiences suggests inconsistency in both product quality and customer service. Those satisfied tend to highlight the novelty of international snacks and the excitement of monthly deliveries, while dissatisfied customers report frustrations with the subscription model itself, including opaque cancellation policies and unresponsive customer support channels.

Sorted by: Most recentReally pleased with how good the snacks are and how unique everything feels. It's a little steep on the wallet honestly and I might have to take a break at some point, but I'll definitely be back for more whenever my budget allows!
The snacks are really good and there's something cool about trying stuff from places I haven't explored before. It feels like getting a little taste of their culture right in my home. Plus you get plenty of items in each box.
These snacks really hit the spot and the value is fantastic. I'm getting to sample things I'd never pick up on my own.
Been doing SnackCrate for a couple years now and honestly it's one of the best decisions my partner and I made. The monthly cost is totally worth it for the quality and variety of snacks plus learning where they come from. Love it and can't wait for each new box to arrive.
That Italy box was incredible. The chocolate options were rich and delicious and the savory picks were just as good.
Six months in and I think anyone interested in trying a snack subscription should give this a shot. Every single box has had delicious options, and while not everything is perfect, most items are winners. I went with the mini which has around six or seven snacks per month. The cards they include are cute and change up each time. They offer different sizes for different budgets and some include drinks. You're definitely getting value whether you pick mini or family size. Almost all my deliveries came on schedule except one, but they communicated with me about what was going on which shows they care about service. Nice touch too that they personalize the label in your destination country's language. It's pricey but worth it if you can swing it. You get to experience another culture without filling your home with junk, and these are things you'll actually enjoy and eat.
