Messaged their support team on the 23rd and got an auto response saying I'd hear back within 24 hours. Now it's the 10th and nothing. If you send a follow-up message you end up at the back of the line.

Terrible place to buy from!!!! I placed an order during a sale and got shipped the wrong type of outlet plates. Their customer service rep got back to me really fast and said she'd email me a return label and set up an order for the right products. But then the sale ended and I never got my replacement like she promised! If I want to order again now, that discount code doesn't work anymore! Companies that pull this stuff should not be in business and I hope they shut down!!!!

Would not recommend this place. The goods are low quality and getting help is terrible. Trying to return stuff is a pain and you end up footing the shipping bill yourself.

I bought 5 outlet covers for over $110 total.... Right after I ordered, I noticed the color wasn't right (wanted ivory but actually needed lighter beige) and I tried to change it on their site (just 5 minutes after ordering) and couldn't find a phone number, so I had to email them to fix it! Sent that email on Tuesday and it's now Thursday with zero response! Then I get a notice they're already shipping the wrong color I don't even want! Their customer service is basically nonexistent!!! Now I gotta wait for the package to show up (who knows when) and deal with some return process where I'll have to pay to send it back! No way to talk to an actual person makes this so frustrating!!!! I'm probably going to ask for my money back instead. I really don't want to do business this way! Why have a company if nobody's there to help customers???? Just skip this and keep whatever outlet covers you already have....

These outlet covers just don't work. You can't actually test them unless you open the package first. When I tried to return them unopened, they refused because the box was opened. Their return policy is basically a ripoff. Service is awful too. Just get your covers somewhere else.

I was looking forward to getting these light-up outlet covers. HOWEVER the prongs don't match up with regular outlets. I tried to send them back on time, but they said I missed the window. They gave me a gift card, but I CAN'T EVEN USE IT since the product doesn't work in my home. I lost $150, paid to ship them back, AND now don't even have them to give away. Watch out for this one.

Got the switch lights and the prongs don't connect properly. Here's the thing though, they charge you for a return label right when you buy it which seems sketchy. Then when you need to use it, you gotta contact them and your original box needs to be perfect to send it back. This brand used to be reliable but those days are long gone.

The actual products seem solid but the support system is basically missing. I'm confused by that other reviewer who said they got great support. Tried emailing them 3 separate times to request an exchange and all I got back was silence!

Great company to work with AND their stuff really is fantastic. I ordered their outlet nightlight cover plus the motion-sensor covers. Made a mistake with my original order but they swapped them out for the Decor version I actually wanted. Got a return label and tracking number right away and my new ones arrived in about a week. These covers are exactly what I needed, and I even got a bonus one! It was great dealing with a business that actually backs up what they sell. They're on Amazon too if that helps. The covers are UL certified so they meet all the building codes. You'll definitely enjoy these outlet covers and this brand. Give them a shot! They just snap onto any outlet and there's no complicated wiring or anything.

This is a solid company! I use their lighting stuff all over my house and everything works great. When I need help, they respond quick and actually know what they're talking about.
