What Shoppers Say About SnoreRx
SnoreRx receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 21 reviews averaging 1.3 out of 5. The most common complaints involve the mouthpiece being oversized and uncomfortable, causing jaw pain and providing no relief from snoring. Shoppers also report significant customer service issues, including unresponsive support staff, failure to process refunds on returned items, and difficulty navigating the return process. Several reviewers felt misled by marketing claims and were frustrated by strict return deadlines and high return shipping costs.
A small fraction of shoppers gave positive ratings, but the vast majority of feedback indicates serious product design flaws and poor customer service experiences. Complaints about sizing, fit, and effectiveness are consistent across reviews, and many customers report losing money despite attempting returns through stated guarantees.
Customer Reviews (21)
Sorted by: Most recentThis product didn't do anything for me. The problem is you can't get a refund if you open it. How are you supposed to know if it actually works without using it first? Total rip off. The customer service guy was also pretty rude.
Never received my product and the team isn't bothering to reply to any of my emails.
The first one was too large for my mouth so they sent me a different one. Within five days the top piece loosened so much it kept falling out of my mouth. They were good about communicating until I asked about getting my money back. Then it became a basically too bad attitude and they refused. The Better Business Bureau rates them an F, which fits perfectly.
Don't bother with this company! Everything you read in other reviews is accurate. I got my delivery five weeks after ordering and the box was already opened. Sent it back but good luck getting anyone on the phone or getting an email response. Total scam, complete waste of your time.
My dentist told me to send it back because it would mess up my teeth alignment. I asked them to cancel before it even shipped but they said no. Even though they say one hundred percent money back, they're going to take out the shipping and handling fees from my refund AND I have to pay to ship it back myself. So you definitely don't get your full purchase price back. If they really stood behind the product they wouldn't nickel and dime customers. Plus they're super slow to respond and you can't reach anyone by phone.
This is the best over the counter dental option for snoring that's out there in terms of design, but the quality is really disappointing and it's pricey. I've bought multiple units this past year and some fall apart in less than a month. The moldable plastic stretches and eventually separates from the hard plastic piece underneath. I've woken up with it falling apart in my mouth and even finding pieces in my bed. That's a serious choking risk. The concept is solid but execution isn't, and it just doesn't last long enough for what you pay.
Complete scam. Ordered it, paid for it, never got it. The company doesn't answer emails or respond to complaints. Don't waste your money.
Scam. Customer service line goes unanswered. You can't return anything. Don't do it.
I'm one hundred percent disappointed by how this company advertises. On their website they promise a money back guarantee and claim there's no risk to you. That's completely false. The guarantee doesn't mean satisfaction. I captured screenshots of their product page, their FAQ page, their checkout, and their guarantee page. They keep saying one hundred percent money back guarantee with no risk but conveniently skip mentioning that return shipping costs come out of your pocket. That's definitely a risk since the customer loses money. Will they reuse a device that was already in someone's mouth? Obviously not. So I'm expected to pay to send back a product they'll throw away anyway. That makes zero sense. This device didn't fit my mouth properly. I'm a petite woman, short in stature, and their website should have warned that it's not designed for smaller people. That warning would have saved me from wasting my money in the first place.
