What Shoppers Say About Subscription UK
Subscription UK has received uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with a rating of 1.0 out of 5 based on 10 reviews. Customers report critical issues including website outages that prevent account access, inability to cancel subscriptions, unauthorized charges appearing on accounts, and a lack of clear communication about payment dates and price increases. Multiple reviewers describe difficulty contacting customer support and frustration with being charged even after requesting cancellations.
The service appears to have fundamental operational problems that prevent customers from managing their accounts effectively. Shoppers express concern about missing funds, unclear billing practices, and aggressive charging despite cancellation attempts. The consistency of negative experiences across all reviews suggests systematic issues rather than isolated incidents, with customers recommending that others avoid the service entirely.

Sorted by: Most recentTheir website has been offline and I'm unable to access my account to cancel my magazine subscriptions. It's been down for way too long now.
I signed up for a subscription thinking I'd be able to download a loan form, but now I can't access it and it's honestly stressing me out. I need to cancel this subscription right away please.
How am I supposed to get in touch with these people??? I have sixty-eight pounds missing from my account and I have zero clue what it's for or which company charged me??? If anyone has a contact number or email for this company, please share it because I'm completely lost here.
They've been taking money from my account every month and I have no idea why I even have this subscription. I need my cash back immediately. I'm going to contact my bank right now because this isn't right.
This subscription service is a real hassle to deal with. They don't give you proper notice about when payments are coming out of your account, and they definitely don't warn you that your price is going up when it's time to renew. Finding the cancel option is like pulling teeth, but signing up is super easy. I had to call my bank to stop them from charging me the increased amount at the last minute. If you go through with subscribing here, I'd seriously recommend setting a reminder on your calendar to cancel before your renewal date arrives.
I'd rate them zero if I could, but apparently that's not an option. Even after I canceled, they still charged me forty-five pounds. Their customer service team is absolutely terrible. No matter how much you enjoy magazines, this company is one you need to completely avoid.
The service is really disappointing. Subscriptions automatically renew without any notice to you. Want to sign up for multiple magazines? Click a button. Want to cancel? You're stuck having to make a phone call or send an email. It's ridiculous.
I subscribed to two different magazines and I'm still waiting for my first delivery on either one. When I logged into my account to check on things, it showed that I'd already gotten two issues, which clearly isn't the case. I sent an email to their support team but they basically ignored my concern and just said my next issue would arrive soon. I'm worried that I paid up front for half a year of magazines and I'll never actually receive what I paid for.
Steer clear of this company! Before you sign up, know what you're getting into. I did a yearly subscription to a business publication where they promised to charge me at the conclusion of the year. Instead, they took payment one hundred and one days early. Their confirmation email promised I could exit anytime and get refunded for any undelivered copies. When I requested to cancel and get my refund, they wouldn't cooperate. They basically refused to work with me. This feels less like a business and more like a scheme designed to grab your cash any way they can.
