Sorted by: Most recentI'm worried this company might be shutting down or something. Ordered a bunch of stuff for the holidays and ran into an issue where gift cards didn't show up in my packages. These were substantial orders totaling hundreds of dollars, and I needed some kind of personal note so the people getting them would know who they came from! I've tried everything: calling, emailing support, nothing. Can't get anyone to pick up the phone or respond to messages. My gifts arrived with zero personalization and I'm seriously frustrated about this.
I always tag my email addresses when signing up for sites so I can track who's sending me stuff and block them easily. Got a Sugarfina coupon code once and joined their list, then later unsubscribed like a normal person. Fast forward and I'm getting emails with that same Sugarfina tag, except they're from Mark & Graham, a company I've literally never heard of and definitely never signed up for. That's when it hit me that Sugarfina had to have sold my information to Mark & Graham for their marketing purposes. This is seriously shady business and I'd recommend staying away from them.
