What Shoppers Say About SUPER73
SUPER73 is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 21 shoppers, with the vast majority reporting serious problems. Reviewers consistently cite severe issues with customer support, including unresponsive staff, ignored support tickets, and unavailable phone lines. Additional complaints involve receiving used or damaged units, incomplete or incorrect assembly instructions, performance problems such as unexpected speed limiters on new bikes, and warranty disputes where customers report being charged for repairs on known defects after minimal use.
A small minority of shoppers report satisfaction with their bikes, but positive feedback is heavily outweighed by negative experiences. The most common theme across reviews is dissatisfaction with post-purchase support and difficulty obtaining help when problems arise, with some customers reporting months-long waits for replacement parts or responses to support inquiries.

Sorted by: Most recentWorst customer service I've ever dealt with, hands down. I put the bike together myself, rode it maybe five times, and it's still basically brand new. Noticed the front brakes weren't working right, so I took it to a shop that specializes in these bikes. They told me the brakes came defective from the factory. When I contacted the company about it, they said it was out of warranty and refused to help, claiming it was wear and tear even though the bike looks perfect. Eventually a rep offered me 20% off and free shipping, which was supposedly the best they could do. I still had to pay over $100 out of my own pocket for a defect that wasn't my fault. You spend all this money expecting a perfect product, but instead you get a broken bike and have to fix it yourself. This company is just greedy.
Sure, it looks cool, but this has to be one of the worst e-bikes available. Speed is throttled, the app constantly glitches, and there are ongoing problems with the motor, brakes, and electrical components. The only reason they're still around is because the design looks good, even though the bike is way too heavy and way overpriced for what you're getting. Just pick any other e-bike instead, seriously.
Would not recommend this to anyone. Yeah it looks pretty cool, but there are tons of annoying issues and they take forever to fix them. Support is painfully slow to respond, they fight tooth and nail to avoid covering anything on their end, and you end up paying for shipping plus dealing with countless other problems that never get resolved. It's exhausting to put in so much effort just to get small things fixed. Some issues: broken parts need replacement but they're special designs so you can't use standard replacements since colors and sizes won't match. Worn out parts like brakes and screw attachment points show poor metal quality that degrades fast. The software also remotely restricts your speed, and if that happens again when regulations change, the bike becomes a paperweight since it's too heavy to pedal normally. For what you're paying, the quality is completely unacceptable. Plan on facing serious problems between six and twelve months. One star out of five.
Pretty terrible overall. Spent over 8k on two bikes and on the very first ride both seats came off, the front tire nearly came loose, and the display stopped working while I was 10 miles from my vehicle. Took three hours to push the bikes back home. Figured these would be quality bikes but I was completely wrong. Really disappointed.
Paying that much for an e-bike with zero support or available replacement parts is ridiculous. Most dealers in the area won't even service these anymore.
The bike itself is pretty solid, but their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. The reps don't seem to care that your bike is broken - they just tell you to take it to a local bike shop. So yeah, solid bike, but the after-sales service is really disappointing. Think I'm going to check out ONYX instead.
When the bike actually works, it's enjoyable, but that's not often enough. It constantly breaks and the support team doesn't seem to care about helping you out.
Nice looking bike, but I wouldn't purchase another one. Delivery took forever. We ordered two and one arrived with a cracked frame. After dealing with the dealer for a while, they sent a replacement frame that had paint damage and weird stickers on it. The second bike had snapped spokes, so we got replacement wheels shipped out. After putting them back on and riding, the spokes snapped again. Eventually had the wheels rebuilt at the dealer's expense and that worked. But now the first bike is having issues - the battery light stays on even when powered down. Still waiting on that to get resolved. We're done with this brand.
Own both a Rose Ave and an S1 and they're an absolute blast to ride. I grabbed the original Rose Ave because it reminded me of my old mini bike from way back, and I couldn't be happier with it. The team behind these bikes was great to work with - communication took time but they genuinely cared about their rider community. Yeah, they had some startup growing pains, but they delivered every time. Got to meet the crew early on and was really impressed. These bikes are a ton of fun. Definitely check them out if you're thinking about getting one.
