Print Innovations Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Print Innovations
Print Innovations, which operates through swingdesign.com, has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from customers. The vast majority of reviewers report serious issues including significant shipping delays (orders taking weeks longer than promised), damaged products arriving in poor condition, and unresponsive or unhelpful customer service. Customers report particular frustration with the return and warranty policies, describing them as restrictive and unhelpful even for high-value purchases in the thousands of dollars. Several reviewers describe receiving defective equipment that failed shortly after purchase, with warranty claims being denied.
A small minority of customers have had positive experiences, citing good packaging, reasonable delivery times, and responsive customer service representatives who went above and beyond to help. However, these positive experiences are substantially outnumbered by complaints about dishonesty, disrespect toward customers, damaged shipments, and an overall lack of support for merchandise after purchase. Reviewers consistently advise potential buyers to avoid the company, particularly for large orders.

Sorted by: Most recentThis company has been a nightmare to work with. If you're only ordering smaller equipment under five hundred bucks you might get away okay, but anything bigger and prepare for dishonesty and disrespect. When they give you a shipping date, add two extra weeks to that estimate before it even leaves their facility. And don't expect to get tracking info for bigger purchases like that almost $7000 uv printer. Call them up to ask what's happening and they don't care at all. I've got another $34k worth of big flatbed equipment I need to order, but there's absolutely no way I'm using this company again.
I can't suggest buying from this company. Their return policy is really bad. I couldn't even get them to do a simple exchange. When you're spending this kind of money, you deserve to work with a business that actually supports their merchandise and puts customers first.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM. The printer stopped working after less than three months. I even bought the extended warranty and they still refused to cover the parts that failed, and they're critical components. Everything these guys sell is defective. Now I'm out a $10000 printer that's completely broken.
STAY AWAY FROM SWING DESIGN. I purchased a DTF printing kit two weeks ago. Everything showed up in separate boxes on different dates. Every single item I received is damaged, looks used, and is in terrible shape. The printer doesn't even work right. Getting ahold of customer service is a nightmare, and when they finally respond, they just tell you to contact the manufacturer's warranty department. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Their customer service team really came through for me. Ashley went above and beyond helping me get my insurance claim routed to the correct department. I traded in my A3+ for the Prestage R1 and got it within a week. The way they packaged it was excellent. Every time I've needed to contact their customer service, I've had a great experience.
I really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Swing Design took forever to get my order shipped out. I tried calling and couldn't reach anyone. At one point I thought maybe I'd been scammed. The package finally arrived late one evening. When I opened it, the box was damaged and so was the product inside. For something this expensive, they should've packed it way more carefully instead of tossing it in a box. Complete waste of time and money with such a frustrating process. Take your business somewhere else.
I'd strongly caution anyone against using this website because it operates like a complete scam. I placed an order for a plotter that cost nearly $8000, and I'm really glad I used PayPal because it saved me. If I'd paid by credit card or another method, I probably would've lost the entire amount. The following day, I spotted something really sketchy. No sales tax had been applied to this massive purchase, which was a major red flag. I looked up reviews and found tons of negative ones with hardly any authentic positive feedback. I reached out to PayPal right away, and they suggested I contact the seller first to request a refund. I did that, and two days later the seller came back saying they'd charge a 5% cancellation fee. I then cited federal consumer protection laws that prohibit sellers from charging hidden fees or charges that weren't clearly shown during purchase or at checkout. They claimed it was in their privacy policy, but the FTC doesn't allow that. People shouldn't have to dig through fine print to find important terms and conditions.
They took payment but won't deliver. I ordered an item from them and they withdrew the money from my account but then refused to ship it out. Their reasoning was they needed to verify it wasn't fraudulent. Later they just cancelled the entire order and slapped me with a restocking fee despite never sending me anything in the first place. I'd recommend staying away from this company.
The tracking numbers they gave me were wrong, they won't pick up when you call, and there's nobody taking responsibility.
I should've looked at company reviews first. They charged my card roughly $4500, then started sending emails from an account labeled No Fraud. There was nothing about this process mentioned during checkout, and it feels like an unnecessary hassle for a transaction this size. While I haven't had it as bad as some other customers, I still think it's important to share what happened to me.
