I compete in Steel Challenge and while cleaning my gun I discovered the bolt stop pin had fallen out. Turns out the pin was actually broken, and fixing it myself was going to be a real headache. Tandemkross told me to send the lower in for warranty service. I let them know I had a match scheduled 30 days out, and they promised that if I got it shipped that week they'd have it back to me in two weeks. They kept their word exactly. On top of that, they swapped out the slide lock lever that was starting to wear because a stronger version had just come out, no charge. These people are genuine professionals who stand behind their work and their parts are top notch. I'm a customer for life!

What a fantastic company to work with. Really disappointed with the quality of the screwdriver tools they included. When I used their cheap Chinese-made wrench to swap something out, it slipped off and gouged a pretty nasty scratch across my special edition Harley Davidson Mark IV. That gun cost me $650, I'd only had it for two weeks, and I'd been taking meticulous care of it. Now it's basically ruined because of their subpar tool quality.
