Won't be ordering from Cravory again. Had a really bad experience on my first try with them. I placed an order for a birthday cookie box nine days ahead of time, expecting plenty of time for delivery. All I got was a shipping notification, but the tracking info got stuck on "label created" and never moved forward, even after waiting several days. The package never actually showed up in the carrier's system. I ended up waiting over a week past when it was supposed to arrive before they finally refunded me. Their customer service kept telling me via email that everything was fine and the cookies were in transit, but that didn't help when the tracking wasn't updating at all. This was supposed to be a time-sensitive gift, so it was really frustrating. I tried reaching out through every contact option available, but my only real choice was using their chat feature which switched to email. Nobody ever gave me a straight answer about whether my order actually shipped, and by the time I requested a chargeback with my credit card, the deadline had already passed. Missing the delivery date combined with no real support or answers left me no other option than to dispute the charge.
