Really let down by my experience with this company. I got a HydroJug as a gift and didn't open it until after the holidays. When I finally took it out of the box to clean it before using, I saw it had major dents and scratches that were definitely there from the start. I reached out to their customer service team about getting a replacement, but they shut me down right away. They said they couldn't help because I'd already taken off the stickers while cleaning, even though the bottle had never actually been used and the damage was apparent the second I opened it. Apparently without photos proving the stickers were still on, they wouldn't process any kind of claim. I explained the whole situation about it being a holiday gift that I discovered was broken immediately, but they wouldn't budge or make any exceptions. The whole thing felt like they cared more about following rules than taking care of their customers. I'm definitely not buying from them again after this.

Placed my order on March 8th and got a confirmation right away, but that was literally the last I heard from them. I tried reaching out starting March 11th through email and their messaging system since there's no phone line to call, and still nothing back. By March 13th I was frustrated enough to charge it back on my credit card. Would not suggest ordering from these guys.
