This is the worst after-purchase service I've dealt with. If you know exactly what you want and it fits right away, fine. But if you need to return or swap anything, you're asking for trouble. You'll be stuck waiting months without your replacement, and good luck getting them to respond to your messages

Someone gave me a pair of Coalatree Trailhead pants as a gift and I can't stop talking about them. They're tough, they shed water, and they've got plenty of space in the hips and thighs so you can actually move around. Honestly the best hiking pants I've tried. Oh, and they squish down into the front pocket for travel, which is such a clever design detail. You get a bunch of color choices too like black, navy, yellow, and green. I'm definitely grabbing more pairs soon

The jacket itself is solid, but only if you get one that actually fits. I ordered small and got an XS that was labeled small. The support team agreed and shipped a replacement free of charge. Then they sent me another mislabeled XS as a small. That's when they stopped being helpful. Suddenly they were telling me the sleeves were fine but some torsos run tight, contradicting what I'd shown them. They offered me a medium instead. I pushed back because at that point nothing they said about sizing made sense anymore. So now I'm out a bunch of money with jackets that don't fit and no real solution. My advice is don't order unless you can try things on first, because you can't trust what size you're actually receiving

Honestly, the actual products are solid, but everything after you buy them falls apart. Ordered through a crowdfunding campaign and the way they handle customs declarations and import fees is a disaster. You're looking at paying an extra 50% on top of what you already spent. Won't be ordering again
