The Nomadik Reviews
What Shoppers Say About The Nomadik
The Nomadik receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 1.2 out of 5 based on 18 reviews. Nearly all shoppers report serious issues including deceptive subscription practices (charging customers who attempted to cancel, hidden cancellation policies in fine print), mismatched product deliveries that do not match advertised items, poor quality subscription boxes containing low-value items, and unresponsive customer service. Several vendors report being owed thousands of dollars for unpaid merchandise, with the company allegedly using false business names and refusing to settle debts.
A very small number of reviews are positive, but they are vastly outweighed by complaints about dishonest business practices. Recurring themes include hidden terms that contradict advertising claims of "cancel anytime," delayed shipments, and refund denials. Shoppers consistently advise others to avoid the company and suggest checking reviews before purchasing.

Sorted by: Most recentThis is a fraudulent operation. They sent me something I never ordered and won't explain how to return it. I'm also trying to cancel a subscription I didn't even set up. They're completely ignoring me. Unless you enjoy being ripped off, shop somewhere else.
Stay away from signing up with them. I've been trying to stop my subscription and close my account without any success. They keep turning the account back on and now there's an extra subscription on there. The stuff is okay quality but definitely not worth dealing with this nightmare.
Bought a year subscription as a wedding gift for my brother and his wife since they're serious about the outdoors. The gear was decent but nothing you couldn't find cheaper elsewhere. The real problem is the sneaky auto-renewal. After year one, they charged nearly double without warning, jumping from about $300 to almost $600. Customer service canceled the subscription but ignored my refund request and said I'd still get shipments for another year. I asked again to stop those shipments and get the extra charge refunded. They never replied to any of my follow-up emails. Not worth the hassle or the money.
This is basically garbage wrapped up to look fancy. What arrives is nothing like the ads promise, and it's definitely not premium gear. Don't waste your money on the subscription. It's overpriced junk.
Customer service is terrible. The products are cheap but they inflate the prices to make the boxes seem more valuable than they really are.
Got charged twice for a subscription box that never even arrived. These people are running a straight-up scam. Don't use them. It sounds like a good deal on paper and my wife and I were excited about it, but this company is a fraud.
Ordered their first box and heard nothing for weeks. I canceled the subscription before the deadline because the lack of communication was a red flag. Turns out my first box never showed up anyway, but they kept my payment. The tracking info vanished after showing it was shipped. Other subscription review sites have tons of complaints about similar situations. Canceling the subscription felt like it might have been retaliation for not being the customer they wanted.
The variety in each box is really solid. You get legitimate name brand outdoor and camping gear every time, plus they throw in promo codes for next month's purchase. What I appreciate most is that the items actually fit my needs and many have become permanent fixtures in my camping setup.
