I've shopped with them 4 or 5 times before, but this latest order never showed up. I called and left a voicemail about the missing package. When I went back to the website afterward, I discovered I'd been locked out. It seems like if you have an issue and try to get it resolved, you get blocked from the site.

Just received my order and it totally exceeded what I was hoping for. Shipping arrived quickly and didn't cost much, plus everything was exactly what I ordered! I was able to get decanted versions of a discontinued fragrance line that I used to love, and buying it this way cost me a fraction of what it would've been to hunt down individual bottles. Update: ended up getting this worked out, though I had to leave negative reviews first. Took longer than it should have but eventually got resolved. The customer service experience has been hit or miss. My first shipment had two leaking samples - what are the odds of that happening? They refused to replace them fully, only offered partial credit. Not interested in giving them another shot. Better options are out there.

I left an earlier review giving them 2 stars because my purchase flagged as suspicious. After I submitted paperwork, they eventually shipped out my 34 samples about 2 weeks after I first ordered. I requested a shipping refund since I wanted the items sooner, but they declined. I've tried quite a few of the samples now and most appear legitimate - tested Amouage Black Iris, Overture Man, Lyric Man, Memoir Man, Reflection 45 Man, Armani Stronger With You Intensely, Dior Sauvage Elixir, Baccarat 540 Extrait and others. I've noticed some fragrances read more as summer scents and don't perform the same in winter months, but overall they seem genuine. Upgrading to 4 stars mainly because of that initial delay and their unwillingness to refund shipping - would've been a higher rating otherwise.

Got my samples in and they all had a nasty chemical smell. All 3 were designer fragrances and the scent profiles were totally off from what they should be. I'm done with this place and won't be ordering again.
