These folks are fantastic! I'm trying to identify a mystery fragrance that I think might be a vintage French perfume, so I ordered their classic French collection. They've got a great range of options. I've ordered from The Perfumed Court multiple times, as have tons of other fragrance enthusiasts on Basenotes. They have an excellent reputation in the community, which is why I'm surprised to see some negative reviews on here. I've only had positive experiences with them.

I received seven samples and somehow every single one arrived smelling identical - like hand sanitizer mixed with a bus station bathroom and pure alcohol. Super letdown. The customer service rep who replied to my complaint was rude and unhelpful. This company used to be decent but something's changed for the worse.

Always had smooth transactions with them. Buying decants saves you a ton compared to full bottles and their selection is pretty solid. Right now they're not taking phone calls, but that's understandable. Shipping typically takes around a week. No real complaints there. Shipping is a flat rate, so I'd recommend waiting until you have a bigger order and also catching one of their 20% flash sales they run around holidays.

They responded within a day, owned up to the mistake, and sent a corrected tracking number. While I appreciate that, I was surprised they didn't do anything extra to rebuild goodwill - no rush shipping upgrade, no discount code for next time, nothing. I wasn't expecting compensation, but most companies throw in something after messing up. Before I order again, I'll definitely shop around to see what other sellers have available.

Got 9 samples sent to me. The shipping was incredibly quick - only took 5 days after they printed the label, with about 6 or 7 days total from when I paid. Everything arrived beautifully packaged and they even tossed in a piece of candy as a nice touch. Five stars across the board! I didn't see tons of reviews floating around for this vendor online, so I figured I'd share my positive experience here.

Can't figure out why some people are complaining, but I'm really happy with my decision to shop here. After dropping $250 on a Guerlain cologne and only using a quarter of it, I started looking for smarter ways to buy fragrances. That's when I found The Perfumed Court and I couldn't be more satisfied with my two orders from April. Follow their Twitter account because they run flash sales that can save you serious money - wish I'd known that before my first purchase. I'd have saved 22% on that one! My first order included spray samples of Creed Aventus, Guerlain Santal Royal, Guerlain Vetiver, and Dior Sauvage. I ordered online on the 13th and got it on the 18th. They were temporarily out of the Sauvage but sent it separately a few days later. The second order went similarly smoothly with more Creed and Guerlain, plus some Tom Ford and YSL samples. Still working through them all to figure out what works best for different occasions, but I can say this is the way to go. These are quality decants of genuine fragrances, and I've spent about $100 on what would've cost thousands at retail. They last forever too!

I've grabbed samples from the Perfumed Court several times and it's been super helpful! Most of the scents I want are pricey, and I've definitely wasted money over the years on full bottles that disappointed me - even after testing them in stores. The problem is stores usually won't give you a real sample, but that's what you actually need to make a smart choice. Just spraying something on quick and buying it doesn't work. The Perfumed Court changed that for me. I can now try top-tier fragrances in smaller decanted amounts, wearing each one multiple times to see if I really love it or if people compliment it. I just ordered 5 decants and wore a different one each day - and I found the one my husband called pure sex! You guys are awesome, TPC!
