The cleanup crew arrived and got to work right away! Got some Japanese trap door snails and they came super well protected in the packaging. They showed up fast too. Everything arrived alive and they've been busy cleaning up algae in my backyard pond ever since.

Can't give zero stars but I wish I could. Stay away from this company. I bought a pump and said it was urgent, so I paid for expedited shipping. They never shipped it out and when I called multiple times, the staff couldn't provide any updates on my order. Finally got a supervisor who only mentioned it was a "glitch." That glitch ended up killing two of my fish. I requested the owner's contact information after the customer service team refused to help and just kept saying "good news your order is shipping and we're not charging for the upgrade." They wouldn't give me his info even when I kept asking. They said he'd reach out to me personally, but he never did. Don't risk your fish with this company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.

Don't work with this company because all they care about is pushing you toward pricey gear. I called because my pond was leaking and they convinced me to buy a new filtration setup for thousands of dollars. They drained the pond, put in the system, and bailed without actually fixing the leak. When I asked them to come back and take care of it, they refused. This guy only wants to sell and install expensive equipment. He's dishonest. Find someone else.
