The company doesn't respect its customers at all, and they have zero faith in anyone who buys from them. It would be more accurate to call it the customer dis-service department.
My theragun mini broke while still covered and I sent it back for a replacement. They sent back a replacement without the massage head. Their next replacement wouldn't even work with the gun. These people run their warranty and customer service like they have no clue what they're doing. Just really bad support across the board.
Really disappointed with the ownership and management of this operation. They need to make some serious changes around here.
Placed an order that seemed to get lost in their system. Never got a confirmation email even though my card showed a pending charge. Their chat team answers quickly but I had to reach back out multiple times because they kept missing their own deadlines. When I finally asked to cancel that order and place a new one through chat, somehow that pushed my first order through, and I ended up getting charged for both. Then on top of that, the device stopped working after less than a week. The chat people get you connected fast but the actual help is pretty surface level and nothing gets resolved quickly. The whole experience is disappointing for something with such premium pricing.
They came through and made it right. Would suggest giving them a shot. My product arrived broken and getting them to respond was incredibly difficult. After waiting more than a week they finally contacted me but wouldn't approve a refund or get a replacement out by Christmas. Update: They fixed the situation and sent me my replacement product. Super happy with what I got now.
They worked things out and I'm glad. Definitely worth recommending. Item came damaged but was really hard to get ahold of anyone. Took over a week to get a response and they wouldn't refund or replace it before the holidays. Update: Finally got it sorted and now I have my replacement. Really satisfied with my purchase now.
