Janet at the Boca Raton store was super professional, genuinely helpful, and very willing to work with my needs. They're also really responsive whenever questions come up. I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

These motorized shades cost way too much for what you're getting. The batteries drain incredibly fast and you can't use them without power at all. Normal lithium batteries last for years, but these gobble up one every month even with very light use. They don't even look that impressive a couple months in and you'll probably end up hating them. Look elsewhere and keep your money.

The shades look beautiful and the motorized feature works great. The automatic timer adjusts them as the day goes on since my northwest windows get sun in the afternoon. Amazing product and amazing service, really nothing to complain about.

The design consultants at this company are genuinely lovely and the technicians know what they're doing. That's pretty much where the positives end. Their pricing is way too high for the quality they deliver, and they talk a big game about taking care of customers but honestly their customer service is the absolute worst. I'd give them a zero if I could. I started working with them in June 2023 and by February 2024 I was completely done. I ordered custom motorized shades before I even moved into my new apartment. I live in a two window NYC place, and I spent six thousand dollars. I was okay paying that amount because I saw it as something that would last and be worth the investment. My apartment gets no direct sun so these should hold up for a really long time. Three times they sent me shades that were poorly made, plus they wouldn't respond to messages and barely finished the paperwork on a fourth replacement after three weeks of measuring again. Eight months went by and I finally got my money back. Then they tried to keep almost nine hundred dollars for installation and taxes, which was pretty bold. I had to tell them the sale should be completely reversed.
I put forty-five thousand dollars into the shade store and got back terrible service. I'm still waiting for the master bedroom curtain panels that were supposed to show up in mid-December. This is keeping me from moving into my new house. Now they're saying early February. These are supposed to be available in three weeks. Nobody gave me any heads up that things were delayed - they just didn't bring those items when they delivered the rest of my order, which had lots of problems anyway. The measurements were off, product information was wrong, and so on. One of their installers drilled a hole in the wrong spot on a window and just left it there - you can see it. When I tried getting ahold of customer service, no one called back. Everybody passes the buck and seems like they don't care. Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible - they just email you but don't actually address your concerns. After trying many different ways to reach someone, customer service finally answered and offered to waive installation on one product worth five hundred dollars for all my headaches. Then they went ahead and charged me for it anyway. I spent another two hours on the phone trying to get that charge reversed. More emails, more calls and I still haven't gotten this sorted out. The missing curtain situation is still not finished.
